Marys Angel was a shy little fairy who lived on a bright, breezy island full of singing birds and fluttering butterflies. She had soft, lavender wings that sparkled in the morning sun. Her best friend was Teddy Bear, a cuddly toy with button eyes and a gentle, patient heart. Together, they played by the shore, collecting smooth shells and drawing happy faces in the sand.
One day, Marys Angel awoke to find the island strangely hushed. The flowers were pale, and the grass had lost its green glow. Even the sea seemed dull and quiet. Teddy Bear sat beside her, his button eyes wide with worry. Marys Angel fluttered her wings and felt a tremor of fear. What could have stolen all the colors?
As they wandered through the silent meadows, Marys Angel found tiny footprints leading toward the Whispering Woods. Teddy Bear hopped along, determined and kind. "We will find the colors," he said in his soft teddy voice. Marys Angel nodded. Her heart pounded, but her courage grew with each step.
Deep inside the woods, tall trees formed a leafy tunnel. Sunbeams peeked through and danced on mossy stones. Suddenly, a low chuckle echoed around them. A grumpy Sorcerer stood by a bubbling cauldron, stirring hidden colors into his dark cloak. "Ha ha ha! These bright hues will be mine!" he hissed, twirling his tall black hat.
Marys Angel trembled, but Teddy Bear stood tall. "Please, Sorcerer," she called, her voice small but clear. "These colors belong to the island and all its creatures. Please give them back." The Sorcerer sneered. "Only a magic word can lift my spell. Find it if you dare!" With that, he vanished in a swirl of purple mist, leaving his cloak and cauldron behind.
Teddy Bear examined the cauldron. It held four shining orbs: red, yellow, green, and blue. Marys Angel reached out, but the orbs slipped into a hidden door at the base of a great oak. Together, they knelt and listened. A gentle, humming melody filled the air. Could that be the magic word?
Marys Angel thought of all the happy moments she had shared with Teddy Bear: racing dragonflies near the lagoon, dancing with fireflies after dusk, and giggling under rainbows. Then it came to her, soft and true. She whispered, "Friendship." The ground quivered. The hidden door swung open. Four glowing orbs rolled free and floated into Marys Angel’s hands.
With a joyful cry, Marys Angel held up the orbs. One by one, she released each color back into the air. Red streaked across petals, yellow lit up the grass, green revived every leaf, and blue gleamed in the endless sky. The island sang again. Birds chirped, waves clapped on the shore, and even the old palm trees swayed in delight.
The Sorcerer reappeared, his cloak empty. Seeing the island alive once more, he scratched his head and frowned. Marys Angel fluttered forward with Teddy Bear at her side. "Colors are best when shared," she said firmly. The Sorcerer blinked. For a moment, his eyes softened. He nodded, then vanished in a puff of harmless smoke.
Back at the shore, all the friends of the island gathered to celebrate. Colorful fish leaped from the water, crabs waved their claws, and butterflies hovered in a sparkling dance. Marys Angel and Teddy Bear took a bow. The sun set in a blaze of pink and gold, painting every cloud with laughter.
That night, Marys Angel placed the four glowing orbs in a circle around her home. They shone like friendly nightlights and reminded her that courage and friendship could light up the darkest moments. Teddy Bear cuddled close as they both drifted to sleep under the watchful eyes of twinkling stars.
Marys Angel felt happy. Marys Angel felt proud to be brave. Marys Angel felt thankful for Teddy Bear. Marys Angel felt warm inside. Marys Angel felt calm and safe. Marys Angel felt her lavender wings glow. Marys Angel felt the island smile. Marys Angel felt friendship’s magic. Marys Angel felt the colors dance. Marys Angel felt love all around.
